Q. What is a SEE ME! GREETINGS Card?

A. A SEE ME! GREETINGS Card is a personalized video greeting for your friends and loved ones. The Greeting Card is placed on a computer CD or viewable as a Web page. Your video message is wrapped in an attractive seasonal message that your friends, family and loved ones will play over and over again!

Q. Can I use video created with my portable devices, such as a Cell Phone or Picture Camera?

A. Yes. As long as the video created by the portable device meets with standard video formats. Simply load the video from your device to a folder on your compter. Then, as you create your card, simply upload the video when prompted.

Q. Does a SEE ME! GREETINGS Card CD play on my DVD player?

A. No. The CD is designed to play on a personal computer. SEE ME! GREETINGS will be examining placing Greeting Cards on DVDs in the future.

Q. What is the computer system requirements for playing a SEE ME! GREETINGS Card CD?

A. The Minimum Computer System Requirements is as follows:

• Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, or Vista
• 1.5 GHz Intel Pentium III processor (or equivalent) and later
• 256 MB RAM (512 MB recommended)
• CD-ROM Player
• 800 x 600 Video Resolution
• Sound Card with speakers or headphones
• No Disk Space Required

Q. What are the requirements for viewing a SEE ME! GREETINGS Web Card?

A. The Requirements are as follows:

• High Speed Internet Connection
• Lastest Versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator
• Macromedia Flash player browser plug-in available for free at http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer
• 1000 x 600 Video Resolution
• Sound Card with speakers or headphones

Q. How do I view a SEE ME! GREETINGS Card?

A. If you are in possession of a Card CD, Insert the SEE ME! GREETINGS Card CD into the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM player on your personal computer and allow Microsoft Windows to automatically begin your greeting. If the card does not auto start, use "My Computer" to navigate to the CD-ROM drive, and click on "Card.exe".

To view a Web Card, you will be provided with an Internet Address. Simply click on the link provided in the e-mail or web page, or manually enter the provided address into your browser's navigation address bar. If you receive an error message while trying to navigate to the provided address, check with the person providing the address. If it appears to be correct, the card may have expired.

Q. If I create a Free SEE ME! GREETINGS Web Card, how long will the card be available?

A. A Free SEE ME! GREETINGS Web Card expires 30 days after they are created and then they are deleted from our system.

Q. What is the e-mail policy of SEE ME! GREETINGS?

A. To create a SEE ME! GREETINGS Web Card, Your e-mail information is required. Your e-mail address is required as to allow SEE ME! GREETINGS to communicate with you regarding your Web Card. SEE ME! GREETINGS will not sell, share, rent, or release the information provided to marketers, advertisers, or other third parties under any circumstances without your permission. In addition, if you provide an incorrect address so that we are unable to verify your information, the information that you posted to seemegreetings.com will be removed.
